Tai Chi and Zumba Project 2026

    NBC-UK is pleased to introduce the Healthy Living through Tai Chi and Zumba Project, starting from 1st March 2026 and running for 20 weeks.

    This initiative aims to bring people together through engaging physical activity while promoting mental health, well-being, and community connection. The combination of gentle Tai Chi and energetic Zumba offers a balanced approach to maintaining both physical fitness and emotional wellness in a friendly and supportive environment.

    Every Sunday from 1st March 2026 (20 weeks)

    ⏰ Time

    09:00 – 10:00: Tai Chi
    10:00 – 11:00: Zumba

    Who Can Attend?

    The sessions are free of charge and open to everyone.
    Participants must be members of NBC-UK to secure their place.

    Qualified instructors will provide guidance during the first session and advise participants regarding any medical considerations.
