PROJECT COMPLETION – 2014.
Watch Whats Coming road safety workshop was organised by our Youth & Sports Coordinator Mr Prasun Rana, NBCUK had revived some funding form the O2 Think Big funding program in order to carry out this workshop.
The Children were taught:
- Be bright, be seen
- Crossing the road safely on your own
- Crossing the road safely with an adult
- In-car safety
- Pedestrian safety
- Causes of accidents
- Challenging risky behavior
- Cycle safety
- Dealing with distractions
- Planning a journey
In our Nepali Language class the children revised the previously taught Road safety workshop, but this time in the Nepali language.
We were very thankful to Transport For London and the Mayor Of London for sending us some Road safety information packs, which were handed out to all the children.
